How to prepare pasta with Mana’s small routine

To prepare simple pasta, first chop the chicken breast and mushrooms and fry them in oil. In a separate pot, fry flour and oil and add milk to thicken the sauce. Cook the pasta in boiling water with garlic, salt and oil. After it is ready, combine the pasta
with the chicken and mushrooms, add the sauce and parmesan cheese and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Finally, serve the pasta in a dish and garnish with chicken pieces, chopped parsley, parmesan cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients for making pasta
Mana routine: 400-500 grams
Mushrooms: 200 grams
Chicken breast: one piece
Milk: one cup
Garlic: one clove
Chicken broth: one cup
Parmesan cheese: 1.4 cups
White flour: 2 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper: enough
Parsley and oil: enough
How to prepare pasta
Step 1: Preparing the chicken breast
To prepare a simple and delicious pasta with chicken, first, after removing the bones, cut the chicken breast into strips in such a way that the width of the chicken pieces is between one and two centimeters and their length is about 4 centimeters. Chopping the chicken breast in this way is to make the food more beautiful, and if you want, you can chop it as you like.
Step 2: Chop and fry the mushrooms
After chopping the chicken pieces, put them aside. After washing, cut the mushrooms into slices and set aside. At this stage, pour the mushroom with a little oil into a suitable pot.
Step 3: Add chicken to mushrooms
Put the pot on low heat. Next, fry the mushroom a little until its water evaporates completely. Then, add the chicken pieces to the pot along with some salt and black pepper and fry a little.
Step 4: Changing the color and frying the chicken
At this stage, continue roasting until the color of the chicken changes well and it is slightly fried. Then, remove the pan containing the roasted chicken and mushrooms from the heat and proceed to prepare the pasta sauce.
Step 5: Preparation of pasta sauce
For this purpose, put a suitable pot on the heat and add flour along with a little liquid oil or butter to the pot. Fry the flour a little until it changes color and becomes creamy. Then, add the milk little by little.
Step 6: Boil and thicken the sauce
Now we stir the sauce continuously until the sauce boils and thickens a little. Then, we set it aside. Next, put a pot full of water on high heat and let the water quickly reach the boiling point.
Step 7: Boil the pasta
Pour the garlic into the pot along with some salt and liquid oil. Next, pour the pasta into the pot and let it become soft and edible. Note, the cooking time of each type of pasta is written on its package. I use the little Mana routine.
Step 8: Combine chicken, mushrooms and pasta
Usually, pasta cooking time is 5 to 10 minutes. After the pasta is ready, put a suitable pot on the heat. Then, add the chicken broth to the pot along with the chicken and mushrooms that you left out in the second step.
Step 9: Add sauce and Parmesan cheese
Next, add the pasta to the pot and add the pasta sauce along with half of the parmesan cheese to the ingredients. Now, mix the pasta ingredients well so that the sauce reaches all parts of the pasta and the pasta and sauce are completely uniform.
Step 10: Final cooking of the pasta
At this stage, we put the lid on the pot and let the pasta stay on the heat for 20 to 25 minutes until it is fully prepared. During this time, it is better to gently turn the pasta several times so that the pasta does not harden or the bottom does not burn.
Step 11: Serve and decorate the pasta
After the pasta is ready, remove it from the heat. Then, put it in a suitable container. To decorate the pasta, you can use chicken pieces, chopped parsley and the remaining Parmesan cheese along with cherry tomatoes.

Add salt to the pasta water
To flavor the pasta, add a little salt to the boiling water. This makes the pasta flavorful. The amount of salt is usually one teaspoon per liter of water. Adding salt to the water not only adds flavor to the pasta, but also makes the sauces used stick better to the pasta and have a more uniform taste.
Before draining the pasta, save some of the cooking water and add it to the sauce.
