Tagliatelle

Tagliatelle is a type of ribbon-shaped pasta originating from the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. It is long, flat, and thin, with a width of approximately 5 millimeters. Visually similar to fettuccine, it is slightly narrower by 2 millimeters. Tagliatelle pairs well with a variety of sauces including meat, vegetables, and fish.
