Mana flour factory

In 2011, Mana Flour Production Company initiated the construction of a modern flour mill on a 50,000-square-meter site. The facility is equipped with two advanced production lines.

The first line is dedicated to producing high-protein flour specifically designed for various pasta products, including macaroni, spaghetti, noodles, and vermicelli. This flour is milled from hard (durum) wheat, containing over 12.5% protein and more than 30% wet gluten to ensure optimal pasta quality.

The second production line focuses on manufacturing Nool and Setareh flour, which serve as key raw materials for confectionery products, as well as industrial and semi-industrial bread, cakes, and cookies.

The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery supplied by Bühler Group, Switzerland, and operates with a team of specialized professionals, positioning it as one of the country’s major flour production facilities

Mana distribution and broadcasting company

Mana Distribution Group operates as a nationwide distribution network, consisting of a central headquarters and three regional distribution centers. The central distribution office is located at the headquarters of Mana Food Industries Group.

The regional centers are strategically positioned to ensure efficient market coverage. Mana Distribution, based in Tehran, serves Tehran Province. Mana Distribution, located in Karaj, covers Alborz and Qazvin Province. Mana Distribution, based in East of Mazandaran and Sari, is responsible for distribution across Mazandaran Province.

Through this structured network, Mana ensures efficient product availability and reliable service across its key markets.

Mana Traber Alborz Company

These distribution centers began their operations in 2011. However, the presence of intricate and detailed processes in the direct distribution industry and the need for a unified structure to enhance efficiency led the esteemed Board of Directors of Mana Food Industries Group to establish a Joint Headquarters for the distribution companies in 2016. Financial, commercial, systems and methods, IT, human resources, and sales support units were consolidated at this headquarters.
