The distribution centers began their activities in 2012, but the existence of little and complex processes
in the capillary industry and the need to create a unified procedural structure and increase efficiency led
to the Board of Directors of the MANA Food Industries Group decided to establish a joint headquarters of the
group of distribution companies was acquired in 2017 and financial, business, systems and methods, IT, human
resources and sales support were integrated into the headquarters.
The goals of the distribution headquarters include:
More monitoring and control over branches
Most of the branches are focused on selling and distributing them
Simplify the processes of all distribution companies
More coordination in the covered market
Increasing the speed of the changes implementation
Ultimately, the main goals of the MANA group are to create a supportive umbrella and to connect closely with
customers at all levels, increase coverage and brand standing, reduce distribution costs, and reduce
producer and consumer distance.
