Tagliatelle is an egg-shaped pasta of the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy, which is long, flat and narrow and has a width of about 5 mm. This pasta is similar in appearance to futichini, but 2 mm narrower. It can be served with a variety of meat sauces, vegetables and fish.
